## Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated **Business Development Manager** with **2+ years of experience** in business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, approach prospective clients, and convert leads into long-term business relationships. This role requires excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills, along with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
