## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Migration Lead** with strong expertise in **Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.x Core Banking** and banking application/data migration. The candidate will be responsible for leading migration activities, data mapping, extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover for core banking transformation projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of **Oracle PL/SQL and Java**, along with functional understanding of **FLEXCUBE Core, CASA, Interest & Charges (IC), EoD, General Ledger (GL), OBPM and OBBRN**.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead end-to-end **data and application migration** activities for Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.x Core Banking.
-   Develop and manage the overall **migration strategy, approach, plan, timelines and deliverables**.
-   Analyze legacy and target systems and define **data mapping, transformation and migration rules**.
-   Work closely with business, functional, technical, DBA and testing teams to ensure successful migration.
-   Develop and review **Oracle PL/SQL scripts, queries, procedures and data transformation logic**.
-   Support extraction, cleansing, transformation and loading of customer, account, transaction and reference data.
-   Perform **data validation, reconciliation and migration quality checks** before and after migration.
-   Handle migration requirements across **CASA, IC, EoD, GL, OBPM and OBBRN** modules/interfaces.
-   Work with **FLEXCUBE 14.x Core** and understand its underlying data structures and integration points.
-   Use **Java** for migration utilities, interfaces, data-processing components or related technical requirements.

## Requirements

-   **7+ years of overall IT experience**, preferably in banking/core banking projects.
-   Strong hands-on experience in **Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.x Core Banking**.
-   Proven experience as a **Migration Lead / Migration Consultant** in banking or core banking transformation projects.
-   Strong **Oracle PL/SQL** skills including complex queries, procedures, functions, packages and data validation.
-   Good **Java** development/support experience.
-   Strong understanding of **FLEXCUBE database structures and migration processes**.

-   **IC – Interest & Charges**
-   **EoD – End of Day**
-   **GL – General Ledger**
-   **OBPM – Oracle Banking Payments**
-   **OBBRN – Oracle Banking Branch**

-   Experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading and reconciliation.
-   Strong SQL/database troubleshooting and analytical skills.
