## Description

### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled **Qlik Developer** with experience in **banking and financial services** to design, develop, and maintain data visualization and BI solutions using **QlikView and/or Qlik Sense**. The candidate should have strong expertise in data modeling, ETL scripting, and dashboard development, along with exposure to banking data such as transactions, risk, compliance, and reporting.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using **QlikView / Qlik Sense**
-   Build efficient **data models and ETL scripts** using Qlik scripting
-   Integrate data from multiple sources such as:

-   Core Banking Systems
-   SQL Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
-   APIs / flat files

-   Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
-   Optimize dashboards for **performance and scalability**
-   Implement **data security and governance** in Qlik applications
-   Perform **data validation and troubleshooting**
-   Support **regulatory and MIS reporting** for banking operations
-   Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business Teams

### **Required Skills**

-   Strong experience in **Qlik Sense and/or QlikView**
-   Expertise in:

-   Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake Schema)
-   Qlik scripting (ETL)
-   Dashboard design & visualization best practices

-   Strong SQL knowledge
-   Experience with **data warehousing concepts**
-   Good understanding of **banking domain**:

-   Retail Banking
-   Payments / Transactions
-   Risk & Compliance

-   Experience in performance tuning and optimization

### **Preferred Skills**

-   Experience with tools like **NPrinting** for reporting
-   Knowledge of **Python / R** for data analysis (optional)
-   Exposure to **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure)
-   Understanding of **regulatory reporting (RBI, Basel norms, AML, KYC)**

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
-   Relevant certifications in **Qlik (optional but preferred)**
