## Description

-   Define and maintain the Tosca product roadmap, adoption priorities, and implementation approach in line with ISG quality objectives.
-   Work with stakeholders to identify suitable systems, test scenarios, and regression areas where Tosca automation can deliver clear value.
-   Plan and manage the transition roadmap from manual testing to automation, with
-   Tosca as the key tool for priority systems and other tools considered only where they better fit the technology stack or testing need.
-   Manage and coach a team of SQEs supporting Tosca adoption, testing capability uplift, automation implementation, and quality improvement across selected systems.
-   Track and report Tosca adoption progress, licence utilisation, automation coverage, benefits, risks, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
-   Establish Tosca usage standards, reusable automation assets, naming conventions, evidence capture practices, and governance checkpoints.
-   Review test artefacts, automation assets, and evidence records to ensure they are reusable, maintainable, and aligned with automation objectives.
-   Manage Tosca usage in secure environments, including setup constraints, access arrangements, and compliance with security protocols.
-   Guide structured test design practices that improve automation readiness, including reusable test cases, clear test data needs, and traceable expected results.
-   Collaborate with the HDB ISG QM Section to align Tosca adoption with organisational quality objectives and provide regular progress and outcome updates.

## Requirements

**Essential Requirements**

-   Vast years experience in software testing, quality assurance, test automation, or product/platform management for enterprise systems.
-   Experience leading an automation strategy and roadmap, automation platform, testing service, or equivalent capability across multiple stakeholders.
-   Experience managing, coaching, or providing work direction to a team of SQEs, testers, or quality engineers.
-   Hands-on experience with Tosca test automation is essential, including designing reusable test cases, maintaining automation assets, and supporting automation execution.
-   Strong understanding of test management methodologies, software delivery practices,
-   Agile ways of working, and automation readiness.
-   Ability to prioritise automation demand, balance stakeholder needs, and translate testing pain points into a practical Tosca adoption roadmap.
-   Ability to define adoption metrics and communicate progress, benefits, risks, and issues clearly to management and project teams.
-   Experience supporting enterprise systems in Singapore public sector or comparable secure and regulated environments.
-   Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools, such as Jira.

**Desirable Product and Automation Experience:**

-   Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline or experience.
-   Professional testing certification, such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
-   Certified in Tricentis Tosca Architect or equivalent advanced Tosca automation certification.
-   Experience planning or supporting Tosca setup in government cloud or secure environments, such as the Government Commercial Cloud, and integrating test automation with CI/CD tools or pipelines.
-   Experience with API test automation and complementary automation tools or frameworks, such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Karate, or Postman.
-   Experience tracking automation delivery, coverage, execution results, risks, benefits, user feedback, licence utilisation, and operational support issues.
-   Experience in government or public sector IT projects.
-   Knowledge of performance, security, and non-functional testing practices..
