## Description

### **Role Overview**

We are looking for a strong **Data Engineer with Business Analyst capabilities** who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in modern data platforms, particularly **Snowflake** and **Azure Data Factory (ADF)**, along with strong data modeling and analytical skills.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions
-   Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Snowflake
-   Perform data analysis, profiling, and validation to ensure data quality and integrity
-   Build and maintain data models (Dimensional / Data Vault 2.0) aligned with business needs
-   Develop complex SQL queries and transformations for reporting and analytics
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Architects, and Business teams
-   Optimize performance of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
-   Support data governance, lineage, and documentation activities
-   Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
-   Designed and developed Data Vault models (raw & business vault) in Snowflake using Vault Speed
-   Optimized ETL/ELT processes ensuring performance and reliability
-   Led design of data models in MySQL Workbench for multi-layer architecture
-   Use Azure DevOps pipelines to deploy code to higher environments
-   Automated SQL generation scripts with Snowpark, reducing development effort
-   Exposure to AI/ML models
