# Senior Business Analyst - Digital Banking

## Description

We are looking for a **Senior Business Analyst** with strong banking and digital transformation experience to manage requirements across multiple workstreams, from requirement gathering through testing and go-live.

The role is the primary interface between business stakeholders and the delivery teams. The Business Analyst owns requirements end to end — eliciting and documenting them in Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), reviewing the Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) produced by internal development teams and external solution providers against those requirements, and driving every open design question to a documented decision before build begins.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   Gather, analyze, document, and obtain approval for **business requirements and BRDs**.
-   Prepare **user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows**.
-   Review **FSDs and solution designs** against approved requirements and drive gaps/clarifications to closure.
-   Manage **requirements traceability, dependencies, scope changes, and stakeholder communication**.
-   Review test strategies and test cases for complete requirements coverage.
-   Support **SIT, UAT, defect triage, and go-live readiness**.
-   Coordinate with Business, IT, QA, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and third-party vendors.

## Requirements

-   **10+ years of Business Analysis experience**, with strong banking domain expertise.
-   Experience in **Digital Banking / SME Banking**.
-   Strong exposure to at least **3** **of the following: WPS/Payroll, Payments & Collections, Merchant/POS, SME Lending, Accounts & Deposits, Customer Onboarding/KYC, Government Integrations.**
-   Experience wit**h B**RD, FSD, RTM, BPMN, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
-   Understanding of APIs, system integration, data mapping, and reconciliation.
-   Experience with SIT/UAT and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
-   **Temenos** T24/core banking **experience is preferred**.
-   Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
-   **CBAP/PBA certification is an advantage**.  
      
    

**Preferred:** UAE/GCC banking experience and immediate/short-notice availability.
