# Senior Test Engineer - LD to AA Loans Migration

## Description

We are looking for a Senior **Test Engineer – Temenos T24 LD to AA Loans Migration** with strong expertise in banking loan systems, migration testing, and Temenos T24 lending modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience validating the migration of legacy lending contracts to the Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) module, ensuring complete data integrity, financial reconciliation, and business continuity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing across the loan migration lifecycle, including data extraction, transformation, migration, reconciliation, and post-migration validation. This role requires deep knowledge of both **conventional and Islamic lending products**, strong analytical and defect investigation skills, and experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Execute end-to-end functional and migration testing for Temenos T24 **LD to AA Loans Migration** projects.
-   Validate migration of conventional loan products (Working Capital Loans, Bonds, Housing Loans/Grants) and Islamic financing products (Ijarah and Murabaha) into the AA module.
-   Verify complete loan lifecycle functionality, including origination, disbursement, repayment schedules, accruals, charges, penalties, restructures, settlements, and loan closure.
-   Perform detailed reconciliation between legacy LD contracts and migrated AA arrangements, ensuring accurate migration of principal, accrued interest/profit, due amounts, penalties, charges, repayment schedules, and portfolio balances.
-   Validate Oracle General Ledger (GL) reconciliation to ensure financial postings and accounting entries are accurate after migration.
-   Test digital banking integrations, including loan enquiry, repayments, Direct Debit (DDS), and BPM workflow integrations.
-   Design and execute migration test cases using migration strategy documents, mapping sheets, BRDs, and production-like test data.
-   Validate extraction, transformation, data loading, and post-load reconciliation across multiple migration and dress rehearsal cycles.
-   Identify, analyse, document, and track defects, perform root cause analysis, and support defect resolution throughout the migration lifecycle.
-   Support cutover activities, Go/No-Go validation, rollback verification, and production readiness.
-   Prepare detailed test execution reports, reconciliation summaries, and migration validation results.
-   Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to testing best practices, quality standards, and continuous process improvements.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of QA/Test Engineering experience within the banking or financial services domain.
-   Hands-on experience with **Temenos T24 Lending (LD) and Arrangement Architecture (AA)** modules.
-   Proven experience in end-to-end **LD to AA (or core banking loan) migration testing**.
-   **Strong knowledge of conventional lending products and Islamic finance products, including Ijarah and Murabaha.**
-   Experience performing Oracle GL and financial reconciliation testing.
-   Hands-on experience testing digital banking channels, Direct Debit (DDS), BPM/NewGen integrations, and loan servicing workflows.
-   Strong understanding of migration testing, ETL validation, reconciliation techniques, and data integrity verification.
-   Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA and test management tools.
-   Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
-   Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or large-scale banking transformation programs.
