## Description

We are looking for a seasoned Recruitment Delivery Manager (Domestic - India) to lead and scale our domestic IT hiring operations at Unison Group. This is a high-ownership role requiring expertise in niche IT talent acquisition, team leadership, and modern AI-driven recruitment practices. You will drive end-to-end delivery, own SLA accountability, and build a high-performance recruitment culture from our Hyderabad office.  

**Delivery ownership** — Oversee full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, niche IT mandates across PAN India, ensuring on-time closures and quality submissions.

**AI & tools adoption** — Champion use of AI-powered sourcing tools to improve speed-to-hire and pipeline quality.

**Vendor & stakeholder management** — Act as the single point of contact for business leads; provide regular updates, manage escalations, Vendor management and align delivery with hiring goals.

**Team leadership** — Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of recruiters; set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive team retention.

**Process & compliance** — Standardise JD creation, screening frameworks, offer management, and onboarding handoffs; ensure data hygiene.

**Talent strategy** — Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill IT roles; develop campus and community sourcing channels.

## Requirements

-   8–12 years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a team lead or delivery management role
-   Proven track record in high-volume niche IT hiring for the domestic (India) market
-   Strong command of Boolean search, ATS platforms, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster)
-   Hands-on experience with AI recruitment tools for sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement
-   Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team of 8+ recruiters against SLA-driven targets
-   Experience with both FTE and contract staffing models
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-   Familiarity with offer negotiation, pre-boarding, and attrition management strategies
-   Data-driven mindset — tracks metrics like TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix
