## Description

We are hiring a Digital Assets SME with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in tokenization and blockchain-based banking financial systems.

The role involves managing **token issuance, minting, and burning** processes.

Design and implement **transfer logic, atomic settlement, and conditional settlement rules**.

Develop smart contracts for **token locking/unlocking, escrow, and programmable workflows**.

Ensure secure and compliant **digital asset lifecycle management**.

Drive **redemption and conversion of tokens into traditional deposits (fiat)**.

Collaborate with tech, risk, and compliance teams for governance and controls.

Strong knowledge of **Ethereum/Hyperledger, Solidity, and DeFi concepts** is required.

Experience in **banking/fintech and digital asset custody** is preferred.
