What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care that helps older adults remain independent at home. Responsibilities may include:

-   Providing companionship and engaging conversation
-   Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
-   Meal planning and preparation
-   Light housekeeping and laundry
-   Medication reminders
-   Transportation to appointments and errands
-   Mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention
-   Dementia and Alzheimer's support through redirection and compassionate care
-   Monitoring changes in clients' condition and communicating with the care team

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

-   Compassionate, dependable, and patient
-   Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
-   Passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence
-   Professional with excellent communication skills
-   Able to work independently while following care plans
-   Reliable and punctual

Qualifications

-   Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance (if driving clients)
-   Ability to pass a background check (HCA registration)
-   Negative TB test (or willingness to obtain one)
-   Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we provide training
