## Description

United Care Home Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and engaging caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a client with special needs in Escondido. This is an active companionship-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, participating in community outings, and helping clients stay engaged in daily activities.

Responsibilities:

-   Provide companionship and supervision in a safe, supportive environment
-   Assist with community outings, recreational activities, and social engagement
-   Encourage participation in hobbies, exercise, and daily routines
-   Provide reminders and light assistance with activities of daily living as needed
-   Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping related to the client
-   Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior
-   Ensure the client's safety and well-being during activities and outings

Requirements:

-   Previous experience working with individuals with special needs preferred
-   Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
-   Comfortable around pets
-   Ability to accompany the client on outings and participate in activities
-   Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance preferred
-   Ability to pass a background check and meet all caregiver onboarding requirements

## Requirements
