**Location:** Loganville Family Dental - Loganville, Georgia  
**Schedule:** Full Time (Monday - Friday)  
**Compensation:** W-2 Employment | 30% of Collections + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period  
**Patient Mix:** PPO/ FFS

### What You'll Do

-   Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
-   Develop and present treatment plans
-   Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care
-   Educate patients on treatment options and oral health

## Requirements

### Required

-   Invisalign® Treatment
-   DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
-   Active Dental License in Arizona
-   DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
-   Strong communication and patient education skills
-   Commitment to quality patient care
-   Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
-   Invisalign® Certification
-   Implant Restoration Experience

### Preferred

-   Implant Placement Experience
-   Cosmetic dentistry experience
-   Endodontic experience
-   Oral surgery experience
-   Experience practicing in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments
