Location: All Smiles Dental Care | 4726 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018  
Schedule: Full-Time  
Compensation: $50–$55/hour, based on experience  
Practice: General Dentistry  
Single Column 60 minute regular recall prophy 90 min SRP  
Patient Mix: PPO & Fee-for-Service

### About the Opportunity

All Smiles Dental Care is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Phoenix team. We’re looking for a hygienist who values high-quality preventative care, patient education, and building long-term relationships with patients.

This is a PPO and fee-for-service practice, allowing our clinical team to focus on individualized treatment recommendations and a strong patient experience.

### What You’ll Do

-   Provide comprehensive preventative and periodontal hygiene care
-   Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planning
-   Complete periodontal charting and assess patients’ periodontal health
-   Take diagnostic radiographs as needed
-   Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatment
-   Identify areas of concern and communicate findings with the doctor
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-   Collaborate with doctors, dental assistants, and the front office team
-   Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient

### What We’re Looking For

-   Active Arizona Dental Hygienist license in good standing
-   Strong clinical and periodontal assessment skills
-   Confident patient education and communication skills
-   Ability to work effectively within a collaborative dental team
-   Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
-   New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply

## Requirements

-   Active Dental Hygiene License in Phoenix, AZ

-   Local Anesthesia Certification (if applicable by state) 

-   Current CPR/BLS Certification 

-   Strong communication and patient education skills 

-   Commitment to quality patient care 

-   Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment 

Preferred 

-   Experience with assisted hygiene models 
-   Laser Certification

-   Experience in PPO and Fee-for-Service environments 

-   Experience with periodontal therapy 

-   Experience with patient education and treatment acceptance 

-   Bilingual skills
