UF Resources is growing and seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Member Plan Coordinator – Legal Document Review Specialist. ### What you’ll do

-   Review attorney-submitted estate planning documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements.
-   Coordinate required paperwork and follow up on missing or corrected items with network attorneys.
-   Track case status and maintain organized, accurate file records throughout the planning process.
-   Support deed funding by reviewing tax statements and deed-related documents.

### What we’re looking for

-   Experience in legal, financial services, insurance, title, real estate, or another document-heavy environment.
-   Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
-   Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines with accuracy.
-   Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
-   Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
-   Paralegal degree, certificate, or related legal training preferred.
