UF Resources is a **40+ year old, growing company** in the financial and estate planning space, and we’re seeking a dependable, diligent, and **technology-minded** HR Generalist to join our in-office team in Bradenton.

In this role, you will:

-   Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors
-   Assist with recruiting: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates
-   Maintain accurate HR, payroll hours, benefits, attendance, and time-off records
-   Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support to keep operations running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

-   1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or related admin work
-   Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
-   Comfort working with HR systems, ATS, and Microsoft Office
-   Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
