We’re a 40+ year estate planning company with an established call center team. You’ll call warm, interested leads and book appointments for our field representatives. No cold calling.

### What you’ll do

-   Call warm, pre-qualified leads interested in estate planning
-   Schedule appointments using a proven script
-   Bring a friendly, professional phone presence
-   Keep accurate notes in our system

## Requirements

### What we’re looking for

-   1+ year of phone-based, call center, or customer service experience
-   Experience with direct appointment-setting or sales-closing
-   Comfortable on the phone; can follow a script, build rapport, and handle warm leads professionally
-   Eligible to work in the United States
-   Able to work on-site
