Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced **Payroll Specialist** to process accurate and timely payroll for commission employees. Ideal candidates have commission payroll or 1099 payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and NetSuite proficiency (highly preferred).

### What You'll Do

-   Process weekly payroll accurately for all commission employees
-   Maintain payroll records: tax forms, paycheck stubs, employee files
-   Respond professionally to employee payroll inquiries
-   Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
-   Assist with payroll audits and special projects
-   Support administrative tasks: reporting, filing, meeting coordination

### What We're Looking For

-   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
-   3+ years payroll processing and record-keeping experience
-   Experience with commission-based payroll structures
-   Knowledge of payroll laws, tax withholding, and reporting requirements
-   Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
-   Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
-   High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
-   **NetSuite experience highly preferred**
