UF Resources is hiring a Member Services Coordinator to guide members through one of the most important steps a family can take - putting a solid estate plan in place. This is a phone-based role, but it's not a call center job. It's steady, structured, and genuinely meaningful work, built around helping people navigate wills, trusts, and estate settlement with confidence.

What you'll do:

-   Guide members through their Assured Care benefits, explaining how estate planning protections work
-   Connect members with a network attorney for will updates, trust changes, and estate settlement needs
-   Make post-delivery and survey follow-up calls to confirm members understand their benefits and gather feedback
-   Handle incoming calls and participate in outbound call campaigns focused on member education
-   Resolve member questions with professionalism, patience, and care, especially during sensitive conversations about family and legacy planning
