Full-time W-2 employee. On-site in Bradenton, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

What you’ll do:

-   Handle post-delivery and survey follow-up calls, outbound campaigns, and inbound member support
-   Educate members on Assured Care benefits and network attorney access
-   Grow into supporting families and successor trustees through estate settlement, death claims, and amendment processing
-   Provide backup front desk support and help coordinate office traffic, deliveries, and vendor interactions as needed
