As we scale globally, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can help define this category, educate the market, and position Unith as the enterprise leader in AI-powered digital humans.

### The Opportunity

This is not a traditional marketing role.

You will help solve one of the biggest challenges facing the AI avatar industry today:

Moving the conversation from "avatar technology" to measurable business outcomes.

You'll work at the intersection of AI, SaaS, consulting, and enterprise transformation, building narratives that resonate with C-level executives, innovation leaders, HR teams, customer experience leaders, and enterprise buyers.

You will own the marketing strategy across brand, content, growth, events, PR, and product marketing while supporting revenue generation and enterprise sales.

Reporting directly to leadership, you will play a critical role in shaping how the market understands:

-   AI Humans as the next enterprise interface
-   Conversational AI as a business productivity lever
-   Unith's leadership in real-time AI avatar technology

### What You'll Do

### Category Creation & Thought Leadership

-   Define and continuously refine Unith's positioning within the AI Avatar and Conversational AI landscape.
-   Build narratives that differentiate Unith from traditional chatbot, avatar, and generative AI providers.
-   Create educational content that helps enterprise buyers understand practical AI human use cases and ROI.
-   Develop thought leadership programs across LinkedIn, media, conferences, podcasts, webinars, and industry events.

### Content & Brand Marketing

-   Own the content strategy across website, social media, customer stories, newsletters, and PR.
-   Create compelling customer success stories and business cases demonstrating measurable impact.
-   Develop messaging tailored to multiple stakeholders, from innovation managers to C-suite executives.
-   Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while elevating Unith's enterprise positioning.

### Product Marketing

-   Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product capabilities and industry solutions.
-   Translate complex AI technologies into clear business value propositions.
-   Create sales enablement materials, presentations, battlecards, case studies, and customer-facing assets.
-   Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure market feedback informs product strategy.

### Growth & Demand Generation

-   Design and execute integrated campaigns to generate pipeline and support enterprise sales.
-   Track and improve marketing performance through data-driven decision making.

### Marketing Operations

-   Own marketing reporting, funnel performance, and campaign measurement.
-   Manage HubSpot and marketing automation workflows.
-   Maintain alignment between marketing activities, pipeline generation, and revenue objectives.

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

### Required Experience

-   5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
-   Experience in one or more of the following environments:

-   B2B SaaS
-   Enterprise Technology
-   Artificial Intelligence
-   Technology Consulting

-   Proven experience building and executing marketing programs that support revenue growth.
-   Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and consultative go-to-market motions.
-   Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technologies.
-   Strong project management skills and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.

### Tools & Systems

-   Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
-   Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
-   Familiarity with modern AI and marketing technology stacks.
-   Experience managing websites, content platforms, and campaign performance.

### Language Requirements

-   Professional fluency in English.
-   Professional fluency in Spanish.
-   3rd language highly appreciated (example French).

### Location

-   Based in Barcelona City Center.
-   Available to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.

### Highly Valued

-   Experience marketing AI, conversational AI, generative AI, digital humans, or emerging technologies.
-   Experience in category creation, market education, or repositioning initiatives.
-   Understanding of enterprise transformation, customer experience, HR technology, or learning & development markets.
-   Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and technical stakeholders.
-   Exposure to international or multi-market go-to-market strategies.
-   Startup or scale-up experience with a strong builder mindset.
