**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead, mentor, and manage a team of LQA testers across multiple languages
-   Develop and implement **LQA test plans, workflows, and best practices**
-   Oversee **linguistic, functional, and cosmetic testing** of localized content
-   Ensure **linguistic consistency, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to brand guidelines**
-   Serve as the **main point of contact** for clients and internal teams regarding LQA processes
-   Allocate resources effectively and maintain project schedules
-   Track and report on LQA progress, issues, and resolutions
-   Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new LQA team members

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in **LQA, localization, or related fields**, including leadership or coordination roles
-   Familiarity with **LQA tools, TMS, and bug-tracking software** (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
-   Strong **analytical, organizational, and communication skills**
-   Knowledge of **linguistic nuances, cultural differences, and industry best practices**
-   Bachelor’s degree in **Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or related field** preferred

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Experience in **game, software, or app localization**
-   Ability to work in a **fast-paced, deadline-driven environment**
-   Experience with **automation tools for LQA** is a plus
