_About Universe Money Transfer_

UniverseMT Corp. is a FINTRAC-registered money service business based in Calgary. We're building a fast, secure, and affordable money transfer platform — live on iOS, Android, and web, processing real transactions today.

We are looking for a senior full stack developer to take ownership of both the mobile app and backend infrastructure for Universe Money Transfer.

This is a live fintech product that enables international transfers, real-time tracking, and integrations with third-party payment and payout providers. The platform requires immediate stabilization, bug fixing, and ongoing feature development.

This is not a build-from-scratch role — we need someone who can quickly understand an existing system, fix issues, and scale it.

### **What You’ll Be Responsible For**

-   Fixing critical bugs across the mobile app (authentication, transfers, UI issues)
-   Improving app performance, speed, and reliability
-   Managing and enhancing backend APIs powering transactions
-   Integrating and maintaining third-party services:

-   Payment rails (e-transfer / wire)
-   Crypto exchange (NDAX)
-   Payout providers (e.g., Whish)

-   Building new features (wallets, tracking, notifications, referrals)
-   Ensuring secure handling of financial and user data
-   Supporting app releases (iOS & Android)

## Requirements

_Required Skills_

• FlutterFlow — strong proficiency (or Flutter/Dart with willingness to work in FlutterFlow)

• Firebase — Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, FCM, Analytics

• Google Cloud Platform — Cloud Functions, storage, infrastructure

• REST API integrations — comfortable with payment, KYC, and banking APIs

• Mobile deployment — App Store Connect and Google Play Console

• Git version control

• WordPress — basic maintenance and updates (Elementor)

_Nice-to-Haves_

• Fintech or money transfer industry experience

• FINTRAC / AML / KYC compliance awareness

• Sumsub integration experience

• Interac e-Transfer or payment rail integration knowledge

• Figma (translating designs into FlutterFlow)

• Claude Code / AI-assisted development tools
