### The Mission

We are looking for a brilliant Digital Illustrator and Vector Artist who can elevate the visual polish, brand identity, and overall UI experience of our digital ecosystem.

This role goes far beyond creating isolated marketing sketches. You will be the architect of our platform's visual signature—crafting the high-fidelity custom illustrations, empty-state graphics, onboarding visuals, badges, and icon libraries that live directly inside our product. We need an artist who possesses exceptional aesthetic taste but works with a production-ready, engineering-focused mindset. You understand that your artwork must scale responsively, render instantly as a lightweight SVG, and fit seamlessly into a living Figma design system.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **High-Fidelity Product Illustration:** Design and deliver custom, scalable vector illustrations, product onboarding scenes, hero graphics, and platform avatars that bring our digital interfaces to life.
-   **Iconography & Asset Systems:** Build and maintain an extensive, unified custom icon library from scratch, ensuring perfect stylistic continuity across all product categories.
-   **Figma Component Integration:** Work hand-in-hand with our UX/UI designers to transform your artwork into organized Figma components and asset libraries that can be dragged and dropped into active design files.
-   **Developer-Friendly Asset Handoffs:** Prepare and optimize production-ready assets with surgical precision. Clean up vector nodes, minimize anchor points, and deliver perfectly exported SVGs, Lottie files, or WebP graphics.
-   **Visual Brand Stewardship:** Evolve and defend our visual identity, color palettes, and illustrative styles, ensuring absolute consistency across our web applications, landing pages, and core products.
-   **Motion & Interaction Concepting:** Collaborate with engineering to introduce subtle motion design, micro-animations, or dynamic states into illustrations and icons to surprise and delight users.

## Requirements

-   **Elite Vector Portfolio:** A stunning portfolio showcasing production-ready digital illustration, complex vector art, custom iconography, and high-fidelity branding. (We care about your actual art style and technical execution, not your degree).
-   **Figma Workflow Fluency:** Strong experience working inside Figma to build, organize, and categorize asset libraries, components, and design variants.
-   **Vector Path Mastery:** Absolute precision when working with vector paths. You know how to build complex shapes cleanly without leaving messy anchors, overlapping stray layers, or bloated export files.
-   **Deep Visual Design Fundamentals:** Advanced mastery of composition, character design, color theory, visual hierarchy, and spatial balance within digital layouts.
-   **The Product Mindset:** An understanding of how art functions in a digital layout—knowing how to make an illustration support a user's flow rather than distracting from it.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with motion design and animation tools like **Lottie, Rive, or After Effects** to make interactive vector assets.
-   Authentic interest or background in gaming culture, streaming ecosystems, entertainment, or highly vibrant consumer technology products.
