We are seeking a talented and results-driven **Analytics Engineer** to join our team!

The ideal candidate should have **2+ years of experience** in analytics engineering, with a strong understanding of **data modeling, transformation, and analytics workflows**. You will work closely with our data, engineering, and business teams to build **scalable and maintainable data models** that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your work will ensure high-quality, well-structured data is available for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence purposes.

**Your Main Missions:**

-   Design, develop, and maintain **dbt (Data Build Tool) transformations** to ensure clean, well-structured, and efficient data models.
-   Collaborate with data engineers to **optimize data pipelines** and enhance data quality.
-   Develop and optimize **SQL-based transformations and queries** for performance and efficiency.
-   Support the processing of high-volume and streaming data using tools such as **Apache Spark** and **Kafka**.
-   Build and maintain **BI-ready datasets** that support data analysts and business stakeholders.
-   Work closely with business teams to **translate requirements into data models and transformations.**
-   Build and iterate on **AI/ML models** such as churn prediction and forecasting, from feature preparation through to deployment.
-   Provide support and guidance on **data visualization tools** and ensure business users have access to trusted data sources.
-   Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting layers.
-   Maintain comprehensive documentation of data transformations, models, and governance practices to support workflow automation and trusted data access.

**Your Profile:**

-   **Bachelor’s degree** in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field).
-   **Master’s degree** in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Computer Science) will be considered a plus.
-   **2+ years of experience** in a similar role, ideally within a data-driven environment.
-   Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases like **MySQL**, **PostgreSQL**, as well as **NoSQL** databases like **MongoDB**. Also experience with **Clickhouse DB** or **Apache Druid** will be considered a plus.
-   **2+ years of hands-on experience in Python,** including data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
-   Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline orchestration tools like **Apache Airflow**, as well as data transformation frameworks such as **dbt**.
-   Experience with distributed data processing tools such as **Apache Spark**, and streaming/event platforms like **Apache Kafka**, will be considered a plus.
-   Experience working with **BI tools** such as Apache Superset, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
-   Experience with **AI/ML techniques** (e.g., churn prediction, forecasting, classification models) will be considered a strong plus.
-   Familiarity with cloud platforms such as **Azure, GCP, or AWS** is a plus.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
