**Workplace:** hybrid

**Department:** Revenue Operations

## Description

**Manager, GTM Operations and Enablement**

**Location:** Prague, **Hybrid** (minimum of 2-3 days a week from the office)
**
Shape the Future of Privacy**
Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We believe there is no need for a trade-off between growth and privacy compliance. Our vision is to unlock the potential of data privacy to empower a thriving digital ecosystem. We work with companies to create a healthy balance between data-driven business and privacy-led marketing for every size of enterprise. Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.

**About the Role**
Revenue Operations is the horizontal backbone behind Usercentrics' three go-to-market motions - Self Serve, Sales Led, and Partner Led. As Manager, GTM Operations and Enablement, you'll set the standard for how GTM processes are designed, governed, and continuously improved, and you'll own the enablement methodology and launch readiness framework that keep execution consistent as we scale. You'll lead a small operations team, and partner closely with Product on launch readiness and funnel governance.

**Responsibilities**
\> Own and maintain the stage/funnel definition framework — the documented, governed standard for what each pipeline stage means across Self Serve, Sales Led, and Partner Led, including the audit process that keeps motions compliant with it.
\> Build and maintain the enablement methodology toolkit — playbook templates, certification criteria, and onboarding frameworks that motion-level teams use to run their own enablement, plus the review process that keeps that toolkit current.
**\>** Own the launch and market readiness framework, ensuring new products and campaigns hit the market with the right cross-functional prep.
\> Define and track the funnel health and enablement scorecards — stage conversion rates, launch readiness scores, methodology/certification adoption — that show whether the standards are actually working, and use them to prioritize the CI roadmap.
\> Run continuous improvement (CI) cycles that identify friction across the funnel and turn it into standardized process fixes, grounded in the scorecard data above.
\> Lead and grow a small operations team, keeping their work aligned to one set of standards regardless of which functions it spans.
\> Partner closely with Product on launch readiness and stage/funnel governance.

## Requirements

**Experience** **\>** 5+ years of experience in GTM/sales enablement, revenue operations, or process design, ideally across more than one go-to-market motion.
**\>** Experience managing a small, functionally diverse team.
**Process & Program Skills** **\>** Track record of building methodology and standards that other teams adopt and run with - not just delivering enablement content yourself.
**\>** Strong process-design instincts: comfortable defining funnel stages, launch checklists, and CI frameworks from scratch.
**
Operating Skills
****\>** Confident partnering with Product and cross-functional teams on launch and market readiness.
**\>** Clear, structured communicator who can turn ambiguous process gaps into simple, adoptable standards.
**\>** Comfortable setting standards for teams with different day-to-day priorities, without owning their execution.
