## Requirements

### What You’ll Do

You will lead visual direction and build scalable art pipelines using AI-assisted workflows.

-   Define and maintain the visual direction across games and features
-   Ensure strong UI/UX quality aligned with product and gameplay goals
-   Build and scale art production pipelines using AI tools
-   Collaborate with AI engineers to develop workflows for faster asset creation
-   Produce and guide high-quality UI, assets, and visual systems
-   Ensure consistency and quality while enabling high-volume output
-   Work closely with product and design to align visuals with retention and monetization goals
-   Continuously improve visual output through iteration and data
-   Actively research and integrate emerging AI tools and models into production workflows as the landscape evolves

### What You Bring

-   Strong experience in mobile game art, with a focus on UI/UX
-   You’ve worked on shipped games (casual or hybrid casual)
-   Strong sense of visual quality, clarity, and player experience
-   Experience using AI tools for asset creation or willingness to adopt them quickly
-   You are comfortable balancing speed and quality
-   You think in systems — not just individual assets
-   You are proactive in improving workflows and pipelines
-   You take ownership and drive visual quality across the team
-   You care about outcomes, not process
-   You actively follow the AI tooling landscape and bring new capabilities to the team
