### About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior People & Talent Specialist to join our growing team.

This role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition and people experience — you won't just be filling roles, you'll be shaping how we attract, hire, onboard, and support the people who build V2. You'll own employee relations matters end-to-end, including the complex and sensitive ones, bringing sound judgment. You'll work closely with leaders across the business, build strong internal relationships, and have the opportunity to wear multiple hats across talent, people operations, and employer branding.

**What You'll Do**

### Talent

-   Own end-to-end recruitment across technical roles (AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, FDEs across all levels) & non-technical roles
-   Drive proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
-   Contribute to employer branding, referrals, and hiring campaigns
-   Support and improve internal recruitment processes and tools

### People

-   Support onboarding and early-tenure experience so new hires ramp up fast and feel set up to succeed

-   Support managers with structured probation check-ins and early performance conversations for new starters
-   Contribute to engagement initiatives, culture programs, and internal reporting (e.g. squad health and pulse check processes)
-   Own employee relations matters end-to-end — including complex and sensitive cases
-   Manage leave processes (parental, personal, and long-service) and ensure entitlements are correctly applied across jurisdictions
-   Own offboarding and exit processes, including exit interviews and identifying trends to feed back into retention
-   Maintain accurate, compliant HR records and data across our HRIS, supporting audits and reporting as needed
-   Help draft, refine, and roll out HR policies and processes that scale as the business grows

### Across Both

-   Partner with stakeholders across the business to deeply understand hiring and people needs
-   Build strong rapport with leaders and teams at all levels
-   Get involved in broader people initiatives beyond recruitment, and help evolve how V2 attracts, grows, and retains talent

### About You

-   4–6+ years' experience across HR, employee relations, and recruitment, with genuine end-to-end case ownership (not just escalation support)
-   Working knowledge of employment law in Singapore 
-   Demonstrated experience independently managing complex or sensitive employee relations matters — performance, conduct, and exits — through to resolution
-   Strong exposure to technical recruitment (software engineering, AI, data, etc.)
-   Comfortable speaking the language of engineers and understanding technical roles
-   Confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including exercising sound judgment without needing to escalate
-   Proactive, adaptable, and happy to step outside a traditional recruiter scope
-   Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
