We’re looking for ambitious technology students and recent graduates who want to go beyond learning about AI and start building with it. The V2 AI Engineering Graduate Program is a hands-on, immersive program designed to give emerging engineers practical experience building real-world Agentic AI solutions under the guidance of V2 AI’s AI Engineering experts. This isn't a traditional graduate program where you'll spend your time observing from the sidelines. You'll build. You'll experiment. You'll present. And you'll have the opportunity to prove what you can do. ### What you'll do Throughout the program, you will: - Build a working Agentic AI solution to solve a real-world business problem - Learn how to design and build AI agents that can perceive, reason and act - Develop practical skills in prompt architecture and behavioural specification - Work with function and tool calling - Explore context and state management - Apply Retrieval Augmented Reasoning (RAG) - Build AI guardrails and constraint enforcement - Learn agent evaluation and observability - Design human-in-the-loop workflows - Present your solution, architecture and engineering decisions to V2 AI mentors - Receive feedback and support from experienced AI Engineers throughout the program ### Learn with Claude As part of the program, you'll receive access to Claude learning materials and certification support. You'll have the opportunity to work towards the: Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F) You'll also complete V2 AI's hands-on White Belt Applied AI Engineering Project, putting your new skills into practice by building and defending a working AI solution. ### Learn from people building AI in the real world You'll have access to V2 AI mentors and a community of graduates completing the program alongside you. You'll receive access to: - V2 AI's Claude subscription and training material - V2 AI AI Dojo material - A private V2 AI Graduate Slack community - V2 AI cloud tooling for the program - Claude certification support - Feedback from V2 AI AI Engineering mentors - A community of other graduates building alongside you ### Who we're looking for You could be a great fit if you are: - A university student or recent graduate studying or having completed a technology-related degree - Comfortable with the foundations of software engineering - Familiar with foundational cloud concepts in AWS or GCP - Curious about Generative AI and Agentic AI - Someone who learns by building, experimenting and solving problems - Excited about developing a career in AI Engineering / Applied AI You don't need to already be an AI Engineer. We're looking for strong foundations, curiosity and the drive to build. ### Program structure The program can be completed as either: 4 weeks full-time intensive – approximately 120 hours or Up to 3 months self-paced program (part time) – approximately 120 hours You'll begin with an in-person kick-off and tooling walkthrough before moving into the hands-on build. At the end of the program, you'll present your working Agentic AI solution to a V2 AI mentor. Graduates who meet the required standard will earn the V2 AI AI Practitioner Badge, with participants also having the opportunity to earn the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations certification. ### Could this lead to a role at V2 AI? Yes. We're using this program to identify some of the strongest emerging AI Engineering talent across APAC. Rather than assessing graduates solely through a résumé or university transcript, we want to see what you can actually build and how you think as an engineer. High-performing graduates may be considered for opportunities with V2 AI, including our Associate Forward Deployed Engineer – Applied AI pathway.
