**Role:** Senior Business Data Analyst**

**About the Role**  
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Data Analyst with strong Databricks experience to support our growing data and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working across data analytics, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and performance optimization. This role requires someone who can translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations while partnering closely with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities**  

-   Lead and support end-to-end analytics processes including data acquisition, transformation, analysis, and reporting.
-   Manage and optimize data workflows within the Databricks platform to improve efficiency, performance, and cost management.
-   Analyze key business performance metrics such as CTP, CVR, engagement, and funnel performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
-   Investigate data trends, user behavior, and performance issues to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
-   Translate analytical findings into clear business requirements for A/B testing, funnel optimization, and product improvements.
-   Collaborate with data engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across systems.
-   Document business and technical requirements for roadmap initiatives, data tagging enhancements, and technical refresh projects.
-   Support strategic planning for data initiatives, including KPI tracking, reporting, and performance measurement.
-   Work closely with stakeholders to align analytics solutions with business goals and priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**  

-   Experience supporting A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
-   Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud environments, and analytics tools.
-   Exposure to product analytics, digital analytics, or customer journey analysis.
-   Experience working with distributed or consultant-based teams is a plus.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
-   Proven experience in Business Data Analytics or related analytical roles.
-   Strong hands-on experience with Databricks.
-   Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
-   Strong understanding of data processing, reporting, and analytics workflows.
-   Experience analyzing KPIs, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics.
-   Ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-   Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Experience working in cross-functional and remote environments.
