**About the Role**

This candidate will be supporting e-commerce operations and creative production in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently while ensuring tasks are tracked and completed on time.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Process and monitor daily orders, returns, and exchanges.
-   Coordinate and track inventory and stock transfers with warehouses and partners.
-   Provide timely customer service and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
-   Update website imagery and assist with product page updates.
-   Support retailer onboarding with catalogs and sales materials.
-   Create and adapt creative assets using Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools.
-   Develop basic marketing materials such as postcards, price lists, and one-sheets.
-   Provide administrative support to the CEO and operations team as needed.

## Requirements

-   English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
-   2+ years of experience with E-commerce platforms.
-   Experience with tools like Asana, Canva, Photoshop (or equivalent), AI tools, Google Sheets / Google Docs (or equivalent).
-   Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
-   Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

-   Hourly rate starting at USD 1288$/month (final rate will be experience-based).
