## Description

### **About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide telemedicine coverage during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a wide range of urgent care and primary care cases remotely. Most patient encounters involve non-emergent, outpatient-level issues such as:

-   Musculoskeletal injuries (sprains, strains, minor trauma)
-   Upper and lower respiratory infections (URI, sinusitis, bronchitis)
-   Urinary tract infections (UTI)
-   Medication refills and management
-   Lifestyle and wellness consultations (e.g., erectile dysfunction, sleep health)

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide timely and accurate virtual medical consultations for patients across multiple states.
-   Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions within the scope of telemedicine.
-   Document all patient encounters thoroughly in the EMR system.
-   Prescribe medications and order diagnostics when appropriate.
-   Adhere to all federal and state regulations and telemedicine best practices.

## Requirements

### Qualifications:

-   Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
-   Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
-   Active medical licenses in 20+ states (20+ licensure highly preferred).
-   Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-residency (telemedicine experience strongly preferred).

## Benefits

Compensation: $150/hr + variable compensation pending patient encounters

Hours: 7pm-7am EST (4pm-4am PST). Preference of 4 hours or more per shift. Flexible amount of shifts per week. Additional availability for daytime shifts.
