## Description

**Education & Certification**

\- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Technology.

\- SAP FICO certification is a plus.

**Technical Skills**

\- Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules:

\- FI: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting (BA).

\- CO: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders (IO) and Product Costing (CO-PC) including Material Ledger.

\- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

\- Knowledge of tax configuration, bank integrations, and electronic payments.

\- Understanding of ABAP debugging, SAP BW, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an advantage.

\- Solid understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).

**Experience**

\- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP FICO across implementation, support, or consulting roles.

\- Strong business process knowledge and business process blue printing experience

\- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP FICO project implementations (full project lifecycle).

**Soft Skills**

\- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

\- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

\- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environments.

\- Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
