### Job Description

We are seeking a skilled **Data Integration Engineer** to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration solutions that support enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development, data integration, and big data technologies, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-quality data processing across multiple systems.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for data transformation, integration, and loading.
-   Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using **Informatica BDM, SSIS, IDQ**, and other integration tools.
-   Ensure data integrity, quality, and security through validation, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.
-   Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
-   Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to support reporting and analytical requirements.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues while ensuring high system availability.
-   Stay current with emerging data engineering technologies and implement best practices for continuous improvement.

### Qualifications & Experience

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   **3–5 years** of hands-on experience in Data Engineering or Data Integration.
-   Proven experience building scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT solutions.
-   Strong proficiency in **Python, SQL, and Java**.
-   Experience with big data technologies such as **Apache Spark** and **Hadoop**.
-   Hands-on experience with ETL tools including **Informatica BDM, SSIS, and IDQ**.
-   Strong understanding of data integration, data quality, data governance, and performance optimization.
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
