Valleysoft is a regional IT services provider delivering enterprise technology solutions, application development, process management, and IT support services for clients globally. Working across the Information Technology and Services sector, the company supports organizations with the systems and operational expertise they rely on to run critical business processes effectively.

In this role, you will help maintain the stability, performance, and readiness of banking applications that support key business domains. You will work closely with internal technology teams, external suppliers, and development stakeholders to support application operations, resolve issues, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of business-critical platforms.

### Responsibilities

-   Support Dynatrace application activities.
-   Monitor and analyze banking applications performance to enhance and support business processes for specific business domains.
-   Investigate application errors related to servers or databases using the required view access as the first layer accountable for application readiness.
-   Raise hardware or database-related issues to the concerned team.
-   Evaluate, implement, administer, and tune banking applications.
-   Manage relationships with third-party application suppliers and meet established service level agreements.
-   Coordinate with IT Architecture, Demand Management, project management, and QA teams during project planning and execution related to banking applications.
-   Implement changes related to the applications and engage other resources when needed.
-   Implement data protection and compliance policies related to banking applications and coordinate with IT Security.
-   Analyze problems related to supported banking applications and coordinate with designated vendors.
-   Cooperate with application developers on web interfaces related to different applications.
-   Coordinate with IT teams during project execution related to banking applications.
-   Support development teams during implementation and transfer business knowledge.
-   Analyze new releases of third-party applications.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Experience:**

-   University Degree Holder in Computing / IT or equivalent industry experience.
-   Senior Analyst: Minimum 3-6 years of Information Technology Area experience in IT Application experience, preferably in a Banking and Finance environment
-   Analyst: Minimum 1-3 years of Information Technology Area experience in IT Application experience, preferably in a Banking and Finance environment
-   Knowledge of specific 3rd party application deployed in Bank Environment
-   Knowledge of Business processes supported by 3rd party applications
-   Knowledge of Supplier Management Process
-   Requirements gathering (data and process) and application solution design 
-   Knowledge of Release and Deployment Management process
