## Description

In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource for application support and monitoring, helping to maintain the stability and performance of business-critical systems. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex production issues, working across multiple teams, and using observability tools to drive timely resolution and continuous improvement.

### Responsibilities

-   Act as the subject matter expert for Dynatrace and banking applications, providing second-level support for business-critical systems.
-   Monitor application availability, performance, user transactions, logs, traces, and infrastructure metrics to identify degradation and ensure service continuity.
-   Investigate incidents, troubleshoot application-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
-   Configure and administer the Dynatrace platform, including OneAgent, ActiveGate, alerts, dashboards, monitoring rules, and performance reporting.
-   Onboard new applications into the monitoring environment and support performance tuning and optimization initiatives.
-   Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, security, and vendor teams to resolve production issues, implement changes, and meet established service level agreements.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in second-level application support for enterprise or banking applications, including production support and incident management.
-   Experience monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise applications in production.
-   Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace for monitoring, troubleshooting, performance analysis, dashboards, alerts, and transaction visibility.
-   Experience supporting third-party applications and understanding the business processes they enable.
-   Eligibility to work in Egypt.
-   Experience in banking or financial services environments is a plus.
