As an SAP C4C Consultant focused on automotive sales, you will help shape customer engagement and sales workflows, support business-critical systems, and collaborate across functional and technical teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

### Responsibilities

-   Analyze business requirements related to automotive sales and customer engagement.
-   Configure and maintain SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud functionalities.
-   Support automotive sales processes within SAP C4C.
-   Configure workflows and business processes according to requirements.
-   Develop and support integrations between SAP C4C and other enterprise systems.
-   Support incidents, service requests, and production issues.
-   Deliver enhancements, testing, deployments, and releases.
-   Conduct functional testing and support UAT activities.
-   Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
-   Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   5+ years of SAP C4C consulting experience, including gathering and analyzing business requirements.
-   Strong hands-on experience with SAP C4C Sales Cloud, including independently handling configuration and workflows.
-   Experience supporting testing, deployments, enhancements, and production support in SAP C4C environments.
-   Strong experience integrating SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA and related SAP functional areas and enterprise systems, particularly around VMS, VSS, SD, and MM processes.
-   Solid understanding of enterprise system integrations, middleware concepts, and CRM and customer engagement processes.
-   Experience in automotive sales and working with both business and technical stakeholders.
-   Business-fluent English.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with SAP integration platforms such as SAP CPI.
-   Experience with automotive dealership or vehicle sales processes.
-   SAP C4C certification.
