We are seeking a dedicated Workflow & Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions to optimize business processes across various departments.

Experience Range: 4 to 8 years

\* Key Skills:

\* Workflow development (BBM or equivalent BPM platforms)

\* RPA hands-on experience

\* BPMN modeling and process automation

\* API integrations and backend connectivity

\* Ability to translate business processes into workflow logic

\* Additional Notes:

\* Strong analytical skills and understanding of automation best practices

\* Experience in SDLC and collaboration with business stakeholders is advantageous

## Requirements

**Responsibilities:**

-   Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions using relevant tools and platforms.
-   Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
-   Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and document automation requirements.
-   Develop, test, and maintain scripts, workflows, or applications to automate repetitive tasks.
