This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a major SAP template roll-out, helping ensure finance processes are aligned with business needs, regulatory expectations, and broader program objectives. As FICO Lead, you will work closely with finance stakeholders and cross-functional project teams to shape solutions, support execution, and help drive a successful implementation across the finance workstream.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead the FICO workstream for the Egypt SAP template roll-out.
-   Validate the global template against local finance, controlling, tax, and statutory requirements.
-   Work closely with business stakeholders to confirm process alignment and identify local gaps or specific needs.
-   Support configuration discussions, functional design reviews, and solution validation with the broader project team.
-   Manage and support key FICO activities including workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live readiness.
-   Ensure finance master data and transactional data requirements are clearly understood and supported.
-   Coordinate with integration, data, reporting, and other functional teams to ensure end-to-end process readiness.
-   Support user training, business readiness, and hypercare activities for finance processes.
-   Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, including e-invoicing requirements.
-   Track risks, issues, and dependencies within the FICO workstream and escalate where needed.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   6+ years of hands-on SAP FICO functional lead experience in implementation or template roll-out programs.
-   Hands-on experience with SAP FICO core submodules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
-   Experience with SAP FICO integration with MM and SD modules.
-   Experience with e-invoicing requirements and implementation, along with local tax compliance and statutory reporting.
-   Experience working directly with finance leadership, business stakeholders, key users, and cross-functional teams including integration, data, reporting, and other SAP functional teams to drive FICO workstream execution.
-   Eligible to work in Egypt.
