In this role, you will help shape how business performance is understood through modern reporting and analytics. As a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer, you will contribute to solutions that connect legacy reporting environments with more modern visualization and self-service analytics capabilities, helping stakeholders access clear, trusted insights that support better decisions.

### Responsibilities

-   Dashboard & Report Development: Design, develop, and deploy interactive reports & dashboards in Power BI and Oracle Analytics (OAC/OAS) that provide a 360-degree view of business performance, Python (Pandas , Polars ,SQLAlchemy, DuckDB , Plotly , ReportLab ,..)
-   Semantic Layer Architecture: Build and optimize complex metadata models (RPD) in Oracle OBIEE and shared datasets in Power BI to ensure "one version of the truth."
-   Advanced Data Modeling: Utilize Relational Data Modeling to understand source systems and Dimensional Modeling (Star/Snowflake) to build performant reporting layers.
-   Self-Service Enablement: Empower business units by creating curated, easy-touse data models and providing guidance on BI best practices.
-   Performance Tuning: Optimize front-end report performance and underlying SQL queries to ensure sub-second response times for executive-level dashboards.
-   Technical Toolkit We require a specialist who is comfortable operating across both the Oracle and Microsoft
-   BI stacks: Category Must-Have Expertise Visualization Tools Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Oracle Analytics (OAC/OAS)
-   Legacy BI Oracle OBIEE (RPD development, Analysis, Dashboards)
-   Databases Oracle Database & Microsoft SQL Server
-   Data Modeling Relational Modeling, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema
-   Languages Advanced SQL (PL/SQL & T-SQL), DAX

## Requirements

-   Experience: 5+ years in Business Intelligence, with a proven track record of migrating or integrating Oracle BI environments with Power BI.
-   Analytical Translator: You have the rare ability to talk to a DBA about join types and then turn around and explain a KPI trend to a business executive.
-   Design Aesthetic: You understand that "good enough" isn't enough; you take pride in creating clean, intuitive, and mobile-responsive data visualizations.
-   Integrity Focused: You understand that a beautiful dashboard is useless if the numbers are wrong. You are obsessed with data validation and reconciliation.
-   Banking knowledge: You understand Banking business.
-   Eligibility to work in Egypt.
