**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Sr. QC Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Working closely with development and product teams, the Sr. QC Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
-   Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and issues.
-   Analyze and report defects clearly, collaborating with developers to facilitate timely resolution.
-   Participate in review meetings and provide inputs on quality improvements.
-   Contribute to the design and implementation of automated test scripts and frameworks.
-   Ensure consistency in test documentation and adherence to quality standards.
-   Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
-   Work within Agile development environments to support iterative testing and delivery.

## Requirements

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years in software quality assurance, preferably in a senior role.

**Technical Skills**:

-   Strong expertise in software testing methodologies, both manual and automated.
-   Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
-   Experience with defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail.
-   Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
-   Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
-   Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
-   Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

**Certifications** (Preferred): ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification in software testing.
