About the job:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Conduct outbound calls and outreach to prospective customers
-   Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
-   Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
-   Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems
-   Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts

## Requirements

-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to manage high-volume outreach and multitask effectively
-   Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
-   Experience with CRM tools is an asset
-   Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

-   Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
