**About the Role**

We are looking for a NetSuite Integration Developer to join our Financial Systems team. Reporting to the NetSuite Developer, this role will support the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of integrations between NetSuite and third-party business applications.

The successful candidate will work with the Finance Systems team, Finance stakeholders, and Portfolio companies to understand integration requirements and support reliable and secure connectivity between business systems and NetSuite.

Examples of projects may include:

-   Connecting procurement, accounts payable, expense management, or other third-party applications to NetSuite as part of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
-   Connecting billing, invoicing, payment, collection, or other third-party applications to NetSuite as part of Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.
-   Developing integrations to create, retrieve, or update NetSuite records through APIs.
-   Supporting the onboarding of new applications that need to exchange data with NetSuite.
-   Enhancing existing integrations as business and system requirements evolve.
-   Developing dashboards and monitoring tools to provide visibility into integration activity, status, errors, and failures.

What your day will look like

-   Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
-   Support the onboarding and configuration of new integrations.
-   Work with NetSuite APIs, records, and data structures to support integration requirements.
-   Support appropriate access and authentication controls for integrations.
-   Monitor integration activity and investigate processing errors or failures.
-   Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into integration status and relevant operational metrics.
-   Support alerts and monitoring processes to identify integration issues requiring attention.
-   Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with the NetSuite Developer and relevant stakeholders.
-   Support testing and deployment activities for new integrations and enhancements.
-   Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and integration onboarding guides.
-   Work with Finance and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into integration requirements.

## Requirements

-   Hands-on experience with NetSuite development or integrations, including APIs, SuiteQL, NetSuite records, and authentication.
-   Experience developing or supporting integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
-   Familiarity with API integration, authentication, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting concepts.
-   Experience with cloud-based integration technologies and development tools is considered an asset.
-   Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work effectively with multiple systems and stakeholders.
-   Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
-   Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
