**About the Role**

We are looking for a strategic and creative **Content Specialist** to drive organic growth, build online authority, and shape the brand voice across Valpay. This role combines technical SEO, content strategy, and performance analytics with a strong focus on keyword research and content creation. If you have a passion for uncovering search insights and turning them into compelling and impactful content, we would love to hear from you.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

-   Create and manage high-quality content across blogs, website pages, social media, and newsletters.
-   Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and speaks to audience intent and business goals.
-   Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to guide content strategy and structure.
-   Optimize on-page elements like metadata, headings, and internal links for search performance.
-   Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to align content with broader initiatives.
-   Monitor content and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
-   Translate insights into clear, actionable improvements to grow visibility, engagement, and authority.
-   Stay current with content trends, SEO developments, and audience behavior to continuously improve strategy.

**REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

-   3 or more years of experience in content writing and SEO, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or tech.
-   Proven ability to craft compelling, user-focused content across blogs, websites, social media, and newsletters.
-   Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
-   Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar.
-   Fluent in both French and English, with excellent writing skills in both languages.
-   Comfortable navigating and creating content for social, community, and review platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Reddit, Trustpilot).
-   Ability to analyze content and SEO performance data and apply insights to strategy.
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
