Aspire Software is looking for an **Junior Quality Assurance Analyst** to join our team in Lebanon.

**About the Role**

The Implementation QA Representative is a dedicated quality assurance resource focused specifically on client implementation projects. This role is responsible for validating all customer implementations of the Alessa platform before they are released for client User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with the goal of improving implementation quality and reducing issues identified during UAT.

Key Responsibilities

-   Validate all customer implementations for functional accuracy and completeness prior to release for client UAT.
-   Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA checklists specific to implementation projects.
-   Execute functional, regression, and configuration testing against client requirements and solution design documents.
-   Identify, document, and track defects and configuration issues through to resolution.
-   Partner with Implementation Specialists, Product, and Engineering to confirm fixes and revalidate builds.
-   Analyze recurring UAT issues and feed findings back into implementation processes to reduce future defects.
-   Maintain QA documentation, testing evidence, and sign-off records for each implementation project.
-   Support continuous improvement of implementation quality standards, tooling, and testing methodology

## Requirements

-   Experience in software quality assurance or testing, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
-   Strong understanding of QA methodologies: test planning, test case design, functional and regression testing
-   Ability to read and validate against business/functional requirements and solution design documents
-   Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Familiarity with defect/issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
-   Basic SQL skills for data validation an asset
-   Understanding of AML/KYC, financial services, or compliance software is an asset
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Working Relationships

-   Works closely with the Implementation/Professional Services team as the final quality checkpoint before implementations move to client UAT, and collaborates with Product and Engineering to resolve issues identified during testing.
