**DIGITAL GROWTH**

Join our team of proactive experts in Digital Growth dedicated to enhancing customer experience and driving business expansion. Our team leads initiatives focused on improving customer acquisition, experience, and implementing CRM, CRO, SEO, and performance advertising strategies.

## Requirements

**What to expect from a Digital Growth Intern at VavaCars:**

-   Support end-to-end CRM marketing campaign processes.
-   Prepare weekly growth and trend reports, with the initiative to automate them over time.
-   Actively use AI tools in daily workflows.

**What you will bring:**

-   Proactive mindset, taking initiative without being asked.
-   Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
-   Attention to detail and eagerness to learn quickly.
-   Availability to work from the office at least 4 days a week.
-   Active student status with no more than 1 year remaining until graduation.
-   Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
-   Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
-   English communication skills are a plus.
