## Description

**Overview of the Role**

The Corporate Trainer is responsible for assessing the training needs of team members, developing tailored human skills training programs, delivering engaging training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.

This role plays a critical part in enhancing team member overall performance and competency and supporting the organization’s strategic goal.

**Main responsibilities include:**

-   Develop instructional materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules using technologies such as TalentLMS, Canva, MS PowerPoint, WellSaid, and AI Tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.
-   Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
-   Customise training programs to address the specific needs of different teams and roles
-   Facilitate onboarding, upskilling, compliance, and continuous development sessions.
-   Facilitate Artificial Intelligence (AI), Intelligent Automation (IA) and other technology-based sessions such as VBP or client tools, systems and platforms
-   Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance Indicators
-   Prepare reports on training progress and effectiveness for line managers
-   Conduct Trainee Performance Reviews and provide coaching when necessary
-   Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices

## Requirements

-   A graduate of bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
-   With at least 2 years' experience in facilitating training in both virtual and in-person settings.
-   Strong knowledge and expertise on learning design and AI Tool
-   Strong communication skills both written and verbal
-   High attention to detail and process discipline
