## Description

**Purpose:** The Warehouse Assistant (Runner) is responsible for the efficient movement of goods within the warehouse, ensuring that materials and products are delivered to the appropriate locations accurately and in a timely manner. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

**Key Area of Responsibilities:**

-   Retrieve and transport materials, parts, and equipment within the warehouse and production areas as needed.
-   Assist with inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and reporting any discrepancies to management.
-   Support the warehouse team in organizing and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
-   Prepare items for shipment or storage, ensuring proper packaging and labeling procedures are followed.
-   Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
-   Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accuracy.
-   Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment.

## Requirements

-   High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
-   Experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus but not mandatory.
-   Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
-   Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
