# Facilities Engineer

## Description

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, modification and replacement works of the building’s mechanical and electrical systems and also for the improvement of various systems in the factory.

-   Support the Facility Manager in all facility management activities carried out in accordance with site processes and requirements.
-   Coordinate maintenance activities for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control.
-   Ensure that safety regulations within the premises, including security, fire safety and parking facilities for vehicles are complied within standards
-   Support Facilities Manager on annual budget for repairs or improvement work.
-   Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
-   Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.

## Requirements

-   Diploma in Building Services Engineering or Facility Management
-   Certified Work at Height/Confined Space for Safe Entry and Work
-   Communicate clearly with contractors and vendors
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office
