## Description

**Purpose:** To provide leadership, to lead and supervise the CMM inspectors, MRB Lead and Quality technicians in managing production demand and loading to meet delivery requirements and manage compliant.

**Key Area of Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and supervise CMM inspectors and quality technician in in-process and final inspection.
-   Manage production demand and loading to meet delivery requirements and manage output hours.
-   Develop SPC template for customer to monitor critical to quality (CTQ), Product Quality Report (PQR), TCD data.
-   Administer Review Material Authorization (RMA) investigation report for further investigation to tally with customer's feedback.
-   Initiate Material Review Board (MRB) review with Shop to discuss on root cause analysis and identify ownership.
-   Conduct training to standardize work procedures an instruction for new inspectors.
-   Conduct necessary audits to ensure compliance of procedures & work instructions.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Mechatronics, Precision Engineering or other relevant qualification.
-   Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance environment in manufacturing industry.
-   Good problem-solving skills.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions.
-   Good communication skills.
