The ideal candidate naturally thinks beyond an individual task or application and considers how changes to one process, system, or dataset may impact the broader technology environment. We are looking for someone with strong business analysis and project ownership skills combined with enough technical capability to independently execute solutions and automations.

- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and increase scalability.
- Coordinate complex development requirements with internal and external technical resources.
- Lead testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, documentation, and adoption of new workflows and system changes.
- Drive assigned initiatives through completion and help measure whether solutions achieve the intended business outcome.

**Business Systems & Data Flows**

- Develop a strong understanding of how business systems interact and how information moves across the organization.
- Understand upstream and downstream system dependencies and evaluate how changes to one process or system may impact others.
- Support and configure business applications to meet evolving operational requirements.
- Troubleshoot workflow, application, and data-related issues by tracing processes and information across systems.
- Identify data inconsistencies, process failures, and gaps between business applications.
- Partner with IT leadership and development resources on system integrations, with opportunities to independently implement or maintain simpler integrations based on experience.
- Participate in system implementations, enhancements, migrations, and application evaluations.
- Maintain clear documentation of system workflows, data flows, dependencies, configurations, and business rules.

**Data & Technology Practices**

- Use data to investigate operational problems, validate requirements, and measure the impact of process improvements.
- Perform data analysis, validation, transformation, and reconciliation as needed to support business and systems initiatives.
- Use Excel or Google Sheets to analyze operational data, identify trends and exceptions, and support decision-making.
- Apply sound cybersecurity practices when implementing systems, workflows, automations, and technology solutions.
- Consider access control, data protection, reliability, and maintainability when implementing solutions.
- Participate in broader cybersecurity and technology improvement initiatives as needed.
- Partner with IT, Data, and development resources when initiatives require deeper technical expertise.
